Prince Iwueze celebrates birthday, unveils OPSSL

The Ahaoma Eji Agamba and the principal partner, Owerri Property Search And Shelters Limited (OPSSL), Hon Rtn Prince Kelechi Iwueze, recently celebrated his birthday, with his family, friends, business and political associates, In-laws, relatives and well-wishers to the glory of God in Owerri, the Imo State capital.

Speaking with newsmen after the event, Rtn Kelechi Iwueze, who is a real estate practitioner and entrepreneur as well as a real estate developer, appreciated and thanked God immensely for adding another year to him, and for finding him worthy to be alive and healthy in the land of the living. He also thanked God for sustaining his family, adding that he can’t thank God enough for His goodness and mercy upon them, as he asked Him to continue showing them love nonstop.

Expressing his joy over the well packaged and unprecedented turnout of the event, Rtn Iwueze, who is also known as Oje-ozi Ehime Mbano, said he is overwhelmed and satisfied that his friends from everywhere took him by surprise, and really made him feel that he is a human being. He specially appreciated his lovely wife who brought the idea of using his birthday anniversary to Unveil OPSSL, and also for organizing a remarkable event. He went on to appreciate and thanked the chairman of the occasion, Hon Ike Odoeme, who came all the way from Abuja with his friends and allies to celebrate with him.

The real estate guru also appreciated all his colleagues who served as TC chairmen in the state during his tenure, and equally appreciated Dikeoha, Sir Emma Okewulaonu, Chief Chuma Nnaji, Hon Nzeh Obinna Onuegbu, Pharm Donatus Ozoemena, Prince Osinachi Amakor, Comr Engr Chikaodi C.A.M, Barr Paschal Onwukaike, Barr Emma Orie and others for gracing the occasion.

Speaking on the official unveiling of OPSSL, Rtn Iwueze  revealed that the cardinal point of OPSSL is to make everybody a landlord, and   is opened for serious business, noting that shelter is the most important thing in life that is why OPSSL is in the business. He hinted that land is a generational wealth that can be transferred from one generation to another, and never depreciated, but always appreciates. He encouraged every citizen to own a land, and called on those who are willing to go into real estate business to come and join OPSSL to make people landlords, so as to eradicate no shelter syndrome.

Oje-ozi Ehime Mbano seized the platform to reveal a new initiative courtesy of his firm aimed at increasing food production as well as reducing hunger and poverty. He disclosed that he wants to take people back to farming, as he emphasized on the importance. He said that his firm “Palm Crest Estate” would be launched a week later, and when it is done, all you need to do is to provide a land and the estate will plant palm trees for you, and years later, you will begin to make money from it. Rtn Iwueze noted that there are many benefits after planting palm trees and other crops.

He expressed dismay that youths of nowadays, have deviated from agriculture, and harvesting crops planted by their forefathers without replacement, making agricultural products go into extinction. “We are missing a lot. We no longer weave brooms, garri shifters, ekete and other products” he noted. He also expressed concern that the youths have engaged themselves in cultism, kidnapping, armrobbery, drug abuse and thuggery.

Rtn Iwueze noted that the youths of this generation are lazy, and looking for quick money, turning to criminals of tomorrow and the devil’s workshops. He stated that even in the primary school cultism has become everyday matter, and a 14 years old have started taking Indian hemp and other hard substances. He advised youths to go back to agriculture, and stay away from hard drugs and social vices. He also advised parents, guardians and teachers to put more efforts in bringing up children in the fear of God
