A high court sitting in Ikeja, Lagos State, yesterday ordered social media critic, Martins Vincent Otse AKA VeryDarkMan to delete defamatory videos on human rights lawyer, Femi Falana, SAN.
The court also ordered the critic to desist from making any comment about the Falanas again.
This came after Falana revealed he is resisting the temptation to file a criminal complaint against VeryDarkMan, for accusing him of allegedly facilitating pardon for cross-dresser, Idris Okuneye, also known as Bobrisky.
It would be recalled that VeryDarkMan, on September 24 2024, leaked a voice call recording of Bobrisky narrating how singer Falz contacted him during his six months jail term.
Responding to the allegations, the Falanas had filed a letter demanding a retraction of the statements and an apology from VeryDarkMan within 24 hours.
