The well attended event was enshrined with the the 47th year birthday anniversary of the Chief Executive Officer CEO , Humanitarian , developer and Real Estate Guru , Prince Kelechi Iwueze ( Oje-Ozi Ehime).
The event attracted the presence of high Profiled dignitaries and Captains of industries from all walks of life who graced the occasion which took place amidst pomp and pleasantries, amongst whom include ; Hon. Ike Odoeme of Ike Odoeme foundation, Barr .Emma Orie , Sir Emma Okewulaonu a front line political leader and Philanthropist, Pham Donatus Ozoemena Fmr Deputy Speaker imo state house of Assembly , Chief Chuma Nnaji Fmr Speaker imo state House of Assembly, Nzeh obinna Onuegbu Omo a political Leader from okigwe zone , Barr. Pascal Onwukaike a legal guru , Ugochukwu Obodo the Apc House of Assembly Candidate for Owerri Municipal, Prince Osinachi Amako NoVex leading the empowerment desk officers, political leaders and other associates.
Interracting with newsmen immediately after the event the Principal Partner Owerri Property Search and Shelter limited , Prince Iwueze expressed happiness to God for adding another year to his life,, in his words” Today is my birthday party and the official opening of Our Office complex , we are now open for business, I thank my lovely wife for making it possible, I am also greatful to my friends who graced the occasion for making me feel like a human being ” he submitted
Speaking on the opportunities available in the real Estate sector in the recent times , Prince Iwueze urged investors to work in synergy to eradicate the ” No Shelter syndrome ” he maintained that it is high time for every citizens to own a shelter , he maintained that the Real Estate sector plays a vital role in solving Varied of human problems .
Prince Iwueze reiterated that land is a generational wealth that can be transferred from one generation to another together with it’s appreciative accrumen .
Prince Iwueze seized the platform to announce a new initiative courtesy of his firm , geared towards increasing food production, in his words” We are launching our PlamCrest Estate soon , you don’t need to farm , we do the farming, we want to take people back to farming , I can vividly remember that part of the resource my mother used in training me where proceeds from agriculture” he said.
In furtherance Prince Iwueze expressed dismay that the youths of the present generation have taken into cultism and deviated from agriculture, and have also indulged in the habit of harvesting crops planted by the forefathers without replacement making viable agricultural products go into extinction.
Continuing , he said ” We are missing , alot we no longer weave brooms , Eketeke , and other products, these days children are lazy, their minds are now devil’s workshop , even in primary schools, Cultisn is now the order of the day , a 14 years old boy have started taking Indian hemps” he emphersized.
