As part of activities to strengthen stakeholder engagement and promote collaboration in the

implementation of the Community-Led Monitoring (CLM) Project for HIV, Tuberculosis, and Malaria, the Youth Awake for Better Society (YABS), CLM team, conducted an advocacy visit to engage HHMC.

The visit aimed to introduce the CLM project, explain its objectives and implementation approach, and seek the support and collaboration of HHMC.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the Executive Director and his team expressed their satisfaction with the presentation and affirmed their willingness to collaborate with YABS in the implementation of the Community-Led Monitoring project.

They assured the team of their support and looked forward to building a productive partnership that would contribute to improved health service delivery within the communities.

Key observations are that Stakeholders demonstrated a strong interest in the Community-Led Monitoring project.

The interactive question-and-answer session reflected their willingness to understand the project’s implementation approach.

The discussion provided an opportunity to clarify the role of community structures, including the Ward Development Committee (WDC), in supporting project activities.
