The Leaders of thought from Nzerem/Ikpem political ward in Ehime Mbano Local Government Area have extolled the leadership qualities of the Secretary to the Government of lmo state, Chief Cosmas Iwu.

The Leaders, made up of men, women and youths led by Hon. Chukwukere Nnanna Uzoamaka disclosed this, when they paid a solidarity visit to the SGI at Cabinet office Owerri described Chief Iwu as a leader known for his impactful and inclusive leadership.

Speaking, the spokesman of the delegation, Hon. Iyke Anyanwu, said that they were on the visit to express their gratitude to Chief Iwu, whom he said has done a lot for the people of Nzerem/lkpem ward, especially by bring them to limelight, politically , noting that Nzerem/ Ikpem ward were before now nowhere, in the political scheme of the state.

Contributing in their separate speeches, Chief Hypolite Esiagu and Chief Hillary Onoh Ogueri, prayed to God for the elevation of Chief Iwu to higher political position in future.

Hon Chukwukere Nnanna Uzoamaka in his vote of thanks, on behalf of the delegation, highlighted different ways in which Chief Iwu has impacted positively in Nzerem/ Ikpem ward and appealed that the SGI should continue to carry them along in the scheme of things.

He pledged their unalloyed support to Governor Uzodimma’s administration, saying that they are optimistic that the waves of infrastructural developments in other parts of the state will get to the ward.

In his response, the Secretary to the Government of lmo State, Chief Cosmas Iwu, who expressed delight on their visit, also assured them to be patient, noting that the state government is aware of the poor state of road in Nzerem/ Ikpem ward, that one day, government will rehabilitate the road.

Chief Iwu urged them to continue to support the 3R administration of Governor Uzodimma and continue to live in peace, as he added that God will bless whom He will bless in life.
