Imo State House of Assembly Speaker, Rt Hon Chike Olemgbe has vehemently, declared that no amount or nature of material gift would be better than Governor Hope Uzodimma’s digital skills training for youths.

Speaker Chike Olemgbe who made the declaration last Saturday, October 11, 2025, shortly after the flag off of 10, 000 graduands of Imo state digital skills training by Governor Uzodimma posited that with over 50, 000 youths so far trained in various digital skills, a situation of joblessness is about being reduced drastically.

The number One lawmaker in Imo state observed that in the new world order, any youth with sound digital skill could not be ignored in the scheme of things.

Commending the Imo state Chief Executive, Senator Dr Hope Uzodimma for placing youths empowerment top in his administration’s priority list, Rt Hon Chike Olemgbe averred that true and responsible government is that government that shows unwavering commitment to preparing youths for a better future.

” I am glad that the Uzodimma 3-R mantra administration since it’s inception some six years ago,  has always, been at the forefront of youths and human capital development. The implication is that Imo youths are being repositioned to play leading roles in the economy of this great nation in the near future”, Chike Olemgbe stated

The Imo assembly Speaker who also represents Ihitte-Uboma state constituency in the 10th house of Imo state apex legislative assembly, strictly cautioned Imo youths to put the knowledge and skills acquired under the watch of Governor Uzodimma to use in order to repeat the inherent benefits fully.
