The Imo State Government wishes to inform the public that the State of the State Address, scheduled to be delivered by His Excellency, Senator Hope Uzodimma, CON, Governor of Imo State, will now be held on Tuesday, June 24, 2025.
Venue: Imo State House of Assembly Complex, New Owerri
Time: 12:00 Noon
Invited stakeholders remain as follows:
- All political office holders, both at the national and state levels
- Political leaders, including party executives across all political parties
- Leaders of professional bodies (e.g., NBA, NMA, etc.)
- Leaders of trade unions
- Religious leaders
- Local Government President-Generals of town unions in the 27 LGAs
- Eze Imo and Chairmen of Local Government Traditional Rulers’ Councils in the 27 LGAs
- Members of the Elders’ Council
- Leaders of youth organizations
- Leaders of market associations
- Leaders of transport workers
- Leaders of civil society organisations
