Chief Ezerioha further emphasized that the federal law has only one segment which tends to protect only the consumers’ right, but that on the course of domesticating it, the bill was segmented into two parts, the Competition And Consumers Protection Council which gave room for people who want to embark on production of goods to freely do so in order to provide alternative choices to consumers.

The Oru West Lawmaker also explained that the bill has 9 Acts, 97 Sections and other sub-sections which are geared towards making the life of every Imo Citizen simple and worth living.
