A chieftain of the APC and the candidate of the party for Owerri Federal Constituency Seat in the 2023 election, Hon. CDB Williams, says Governor Hope Uzodimma deserves his election tribunal victory delivered recently at Abuja.
Notably, in November 11 2023 guber off-cycle election, Governor Hope Uzodimma won all the 27 local government areas in the state, defeating his opponents with large votes.
In a chat with our reporter in Owerri on Monday, CDB Williams reflected that the election tribunal victory of the APC was not a surprise, because the Governor won the poll freely and fairly, having been voted for largely by Imo people who he said want him to consolidate his democratic governance with a view to perfecting his agenda of Reconstruction, Rehabilitation and Recovery of the state.
While congratulating the Governor over the victory, CDB Williams prayed to God to continually imbue him with wisdom, as well as sustain him to enable him actualize the good work he does for the redemption and development of the state.
The fair minded politician who is development- oriented, called on the people of Owerri Federal Constituency to always give credence to the APC, the Governor and the President for enhanced goodies, peace, security and development.
He hailed the judiciary for upholding justice.
