Engineer Bismarck Lumanze has been overwhelmely endorsed for chairmanship position for Owerri North local Government Area in the forthcoming LG election.
This was contained is a statement issued in Owerri yesterday, by the office of the Director- General Bismarck Emmanuel Campaign Organisation (BECO).
The endorsement was expressed on Friday, 19th July 2024, as members of his community, friends, associates and members of his political party queued behind to pick his Expression of Interest and Nomination forms.
His excited supporters who trooped out in their numbers were seen clapping and singing solidarity songs, as he picked his nomination form.
“They were thrilled and delighted to hear that their esteemed son, friend and associate had gone to pick up the nomination form for Owerri North local government Chairmanship election
“This was a momentous occasion for our community, and I am proud of Engr. Bismarck for taking this bold step towards leadership. His dedication, passion, and commitment to our community’s development are truly inspiring”, an elder statesman in the LGA said.
He continued: “I have no doubt that Engr. Bismarck will bring positive change, progress, and prosperity to our local government. His leadership will be a beacon of hope and a shining example of what can be achieved through hard work, determination, and genuine love for Owerri North.”
“Let us all rally round Engr. Bismarck and support his candidacy with enthusiasm and dedication. Together, we can make a difference and create a brighter future for ourselves and generations to come.”
