The association of Table Water Producers, Imo State Chapter has called on all water producers to continue to treat their water.

The chairman of the association in Imo State, Engineer Lumanze Bismarck gave the charge yesterday in press statement personally signed by him.

He also urged Water producers to keep the surrounding of there factory clean to avoid diseases like Cholera, among others.

According to the chairman, his charge to water producers in Imo State was informed by the recent Cholera outbreak which has claimed many lives in Lagos state and left others hospitalized.

“This will help to reduce the risk of such occurrence in Imo State and ensure safety for all. The association is very much interested in the healthy living of Imolites as it is top notch in her mission”, he said.

He disclosed that the associations taskforce team, in conjunction with NAFDAC/SON/CPC would embark on factory-to-factory visitation to ensure that Water Producers in Imo State are operating in conformity with NAFDAC standards.
