The Hon. Commissioner for Humanitarian Affairs, Chief Kenneth Okafor, has expressed gratitude, as he witnessed the graduation of ten staff of the Ministry from the Skill-up digital training programme.
The ceremony, which showcased the governor’s commitment to capacity building and digital empowerment, was a testament to His Excellency, Senator Hope Uzodimma’s vision for Imo State.
Chief Okafor praised Governor Uzodimma for his forward-thinking initiatives, noting that the 3R (Reconstruction Rehabilitation and Recovery) agenda and humanitarian efforts reflect his deep love for Imo state and its workers. He urged staff to remain focused and utilize the skills acquired, to enhance their performances.
The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, Ven.Onyinyeoma Onyeagocha thanked the Governor for his impactful leadership, and commitment to empowering civil servants. He encouraged the staff to continue honing their digital skills beyond the training.
The HOD Administration, Mrs. Duru Ngozi, expressed gratitude for the welfare packages and training opportunities, urging the administration to ensure its continuity for other staff members.
The Ministry remains committed to harnessing technology and capacity-building to drive development and service delivery in Imo state.
