… his remains laid to rest today

The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), In Collaboration with the National Union Of Air Transport Employees (NUATE) ,All Progressives Congress (APC), Support Groups and other Professional Groups In Nigeria yesterday held a solidarity funeral rally in Oboama Ezinihitte Mbaise Local Government Area (LGA ),Of Imo state in honour of late Comrade C .C Nnorom who will be lead to rest today 9th October 2025.

The Groups Matched From Eke Oha Near Aboh Mbaise Junction to the Resident Of Late Comrade Nnorom.

Speaking during the rally, the Chairman Burial Committee Of Late Nnorom,Prof ACB Agbazuere described later Comrade Nnorom as a great son Of Nigeria who used his position to fight for the welfare of workers in the country.

Prof Agbazuere noted that Late Nnorom was the State Chairman Of NLC in Abuja and he discharged his duties effectively and made it clear that the Labour Union and other groups he belong will miss him .

Agbazuere said that late Nnorom contributed towards the growth of National Union Of Air Transport Employees and NLC , adding that he used his position to render humanitarian service to God and people  round him.

He also said that Late Nnorom was a simple, humble and a good man and will always be remembered for his good work when he was alive.

He urged the family to sustain the legacies the father left behind and prayed  God to grant the family the fortitude to bear the lost

He also pray that the soul of late Nnorom rests  in peace.

In his speech the First Son Of Late Comrade Nnorom,Hon Henry Nnorom thank the Labour Union and members Of other groups for trooping out en – Mass to pay the last respect to his late father.

Hon Henry described the Funeral solidarity rally as clear demonstration of love the NLC Members and other support groups have for his late father.

Henry also described his father as a man of peace, love, kindness and one who  used his position to contribute towards the growth and development of his Community, LGA Imo State and Nigeria.

He promised to sustain the legacies his father left behind and prayed  God to grant his father eternal rest.
