The Deputy Governor of Abia State Engr Ikechukwu Emetu, has expressed delight over the hosting rights given to the State Chapter of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers for their upcoming Conference in the State.

Information Officers made this known through a press release.
They disclosed that the deputy governor, Engr Emetu made this known in his Office while receiving the Surveyors when they paid a courtesy visit on him to formally present the flag to him.
He emphasized the readiness of the present Administration under the leadership of Governor Alex Otti to bring positive impact in every area of development in the State and advised them to make the event colourful and memorable.
In a remark, the Chairman State Chapter of the Institution, Lady Uche lkoro praised the State’s leadership for its commitment to creating a conducive business environment and expressed optimism that the conference will be a grand success.
The Conference which is expected to take place in April 2026 will bring together Estate surveyors valuers and other industry stakeholders from the country and will feature keynote speakers, paper presentations and exhibitions.
The highpoint of the visit was the presentation of the Institution’s flag signifying the hosting rights to the Deputy Governor. The visit was attended by the Institution’s State Chapter Executives.
